WELCOME TO ACBA The Angola California Business Association (ACBA), is a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, California. The primary mission of ACBA is to promote investment, commerce, tourism and sports, as well as educational, scientific, economic, and cultural ties between California and Angola. We seek to inform through organization of business programs featuring leaders in the corporate world and government officials from both the California and Angola.
